The fight between Roronoa Zoro and Dracule Mihawk is indeed one of the most anticipated battles in the One Piece story.
Equally using a sword and equally skilled in using a sword, both are predicted to meet again someday.
Indeed, before Zoro had fought Mihawk and lost.
That’s because Zoro still hasn’t learned much about swords.
After the time-skip, Zoro’s strength has increased dramatically.
And what’s interesting is that Kuma actually sent Zoro to train with Mihawk.
Zoro himself admitted that he was not strong enough to fight Mihawk, so he needed to learn a lot from Mihawk himself.
A strange decision, but Mihawk can understand it.
The rematch of Mihawk vs Zoro at the end of the One Piece story does sound interesting, because in the end Zoro can fight again against Mihawk and try to surpass his “teacher”.
But, in fact there are other theories about who will defeat Mihawk and become Zoro’s last opponent.
There is one person from Gorosei who will be an opponent for Zoro and Mihawk.
This figure is unknown, but he has a bald-headed appearance, wearing white clothes, and often holds a large sword in his hand.
The sword is a big mystery because its type is unknown.
So far, in the One Piece story there are 3 levels of swords: there are 12 swords for first place, 21 in second place, and 50 in third place.
Mihawk’s sword, Yoru, is known as the best sword in the world which is definitely ranked first.
Then, what about the mysterious Gorosei figure?
Many theories state that the sword is Kitetsu’s legendary sword.
There are three Kitetsu swords in the One Piece story, and all are cursed.
These swords are the best swords.
Zoro has one of the three Kitetsu, Sandai Kitetsu, Kitetsu’s lowest sword.
Nidai Kitetsu is one of the 21 O Wazamono, who are the most formidable swords in the world.
Its strengths are similar to those of Wado Ichimonji, Shusui, and Enma.
But, Zoro has returned it to Tenguyama Hitetsu.
One of the Gorosei is probably the owner of Shodai Kitetsu.
Shodai Kitetsu is the best sword that has the same power as Yoru or Murakumogir.
For now, we still don’t know much about the Gorosei figure.
We don’t know how much strength each of them has and what they can do.
For sure they can fight.
The fight against Mihawk might sound interesting, but a fight against one of the Gorosei will be a big achievement for Zoro.
The fight against Mihawk might still occur, but it would be a venue to prove how far Zoro’s strength had grown.
Fighting one of the mysterious Gorosei is a formidable challenge, which could be the highlight of Zoro’s success as the best swordsman in One Piece.
Because besides he can defeat one of the most powerful people in the world, he will also have the most powerful sword in the world.
What do you think?
